Request (Dingman) for Special 6:10-6:50 Land Use and Site Plan Review for an alteration to an existing shed dormer to a gabled dormer in accordance with ZO Section 22.3 B, in R-1. 2) Public Hearing. Request (Fillar) for Special Land Use and Site Plan Review for a guest house in accordance with ZO Section 18.4.A.5, in R-1. 6. Unfinished Business 1) Consideration for clarification of the definition of 6:50 -7:45 "fence", ZO Section 2.2, relative to PC request of ZBA to address--Lauderdale & PC. 2) Master Plan revision. PC review to assure requested changes have been made; send Final Copy to the Board with a request to initiate the adoption process --Harvey & PC 7. Report: Township Board Board representative-Mike Bekes 7:45-7:50 8. Report: ZBA ZBA met in December and 1) denied a variance for a six foot fence (four foot limit in ZO) for a front yard and 2) concluded that the "fence definition" allows trees to be included (wood) in support of the MP and ZO that require sight lines/viewsheds to be protected. 9.
