Roll Call of Members Jim Lauderdale 6:02-6:04 3. Approve Agenda Members. 6:04-:06 4. Approve Minutes of Prior Members. 6:06-6:10 Meeting January 25, 2021. 5. New Business 1. Public Hearing. Request (Sleight) for Special 6:10-6:55 Land Use and Site Plan Review for an alteration to a detached garage from an existing flat to pitched roof in accordance with ZO Section 22.3 B, in R-1. 2) Develop a 2021-2022 budget for the PC. 3) Sketch Plan. Gull Ridge Apartments, multi family development. 4) PC Annual Report to Board. 6. Unfinished Business 1) Master Plan revision. PC review to assure 6:55 -7:40 requested changes have been made; send Final Copy to the Board with a request to initiate the adoption process --Harvey & PC 2) Determine if the ZBA’s interpretation is acceptable for clarification of the definition of "fence". 7. Report: Township Board Board representative-Mike Bekes 7:40-7:45 8. Report: ZBA ZBA met February 10, 2021 and approved a 7:45-7:46 variance request for Lot coverage, Side yard setback, Front yard setback, and eve building height for the accessory building with a guest house addressed by the PC at the January 25. 2021 meeting. 9.
