SLU/SP to construct an accessory 6:10-7:00 building that will exceed lot coverage (Jackson & Scott, 7974 Foxboro Lane, R-R) per Section 18.4 D. 2) Public Hearing. SLU/SP to construct an accessory building in front of the residence (Sikma, 13910 E C Ave, R-R) per Section 18.4 D. 3) Public Hearing. Allendale Park, LLC request for Conditional Rezoning from R-2 to C-1 (156 & 160 E. Gull Lake Dr); some conditions offered-- construct 3 single family homes & remove 2 deteriorating homes 6. Unfinished Business 1. Accept 2020-2021 Annual PC Report to the Twp. 7:00 -7:30 Board. Discuss 2021-2022 Work Plan priorities. 2. Master Plan. Status of submittal to the Board and PC. 7.
