New Business 1) Master Plan, Section VIII, Plans, Policies and 6:10-7:30 Ordinances. Address the "fence" definition as related to sight lines-- should it be restricted to properties whose "front side" is a lake side (Section 17.3) or other revision(s)? 2) Master Plan, Section VIII. Determine priorities of a) initiate a process to identify if any provisions and/or standards of the ZO need to be revised, b) transportation, c) Education-Advocacy, Agriculture Neighborhood. 6. Unfinished Business Master Plan. Status of submittal to the Board and 7:30 -7:33 PC. 7. Report: Township Board Board representative-Mike Bekes 7:33-7:40 8. Report: ZBA ZBA met May 5, 2021 and approved construction of 7:40-7:42 a sea wall at 10 ft. from lake (Section 17.3 50 ft setback) to protect both Sherman Lake and lake property from further lake erosion. 9.
