Roll Call of Members Jim Lauderdale 6:02-6:04 3. Approve Agenda Members. 6:04-:06 4. Approve Minutes of Prior Members. 6:06-6:10 Meeting May 24, 2021. 5. New Business Public Hearing. SLU/SP to replace a wooden deck 6:10-6:40 above an existing flat roof on a non-conforming lot (Remynse, 12212 E D Ave, R-1) per Section 18.4D. 6. Unfinished Business 1) Master Plan, Section VIII. Determine priorities 6:40 -7:33 of a) initiate a process to identify if any provisions and/or standards of the ZO need to be revised, b) transportation, c) Education-Advocacy, Agriculture Neighborhood. Planning Commission members agreed to review the Master Plan goals/objectives outlined in Section VI to identify those of highest interest/impact to help focus and guide the conduct of the Technical Review. 2) Master Plan, Section VIII, Plans, Policies and Ordinances. Address the "fence" definition as related to sight lines-- should it be restricted to properties whose "front side" is a lake side (Section 17.3) or other revision(s)? Planning Commission members agreed to continue to think about the issues raised and suggested solutions . . and to keep the matter as a priority item on the Work Plan. 7. Report: Township Board Board representative-Mike Bekes 7:33-7:40 8. Report: ZBA ZBA met June 2, 2021 and approved a water side 7:40-7:42 (Kzoo river) set back of 247 ft (Section 17.3, neighbor with 338 ft setback) consistent with findings of Section 23.8. A. 1-6. 9.
