Request (8607 N. 37th Street, R-1) 5:06-5:40 for Special Land Use (ZO Section 18.4(D)) and Site Plan Review for construction of a residential accessory building located ,in the front yard setback and with a wall height and roof height exceeding the ZO allowed heights. 6.
