Draft Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 6:06-7:40 (Section 25.1) to add Section 18.8 intended to regulate the location of medical marihuana caregivers in Ross Township consistent with State law and under the authority of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act. This section does not serve to authorize adult-use marihuana establishments allowed by the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA) or medical marihuana facilities allowed by the Michigan Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA) in Ross Township. 2) Draft Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment for solar energy. 6.
