Medical marihuana. Board approved the Text Amendment on September 1, 2022. #2. Condominium standards. Thall & Harvey to provide draft text; #3. Development agreements. Thall & Harvey to provide draft text in the context of Condominium Standards. 3) Master Plan, Section VIII, Plans, Policies and Ordinances. Address the "fence" definition as related to sight lines. Thall to provide direction from the decision of Judge Lipsey on July 27 & August 15, 2022. Retained on the Work Plan. . 7. Report: Township Board Board representative-Mike Bekes 7:35-7:40 8.
