Request (11271 Delmar, R-1) for Special Land Use and Site Plan approval in accordance with ZO Section 18.4(A)(5)(b) and 18.4(D) to construct a 6000 ft. accessory building containing a 480 sq. ft. guest house, the accessory building exceeding the maximum lot coverage of 20% by 0.71%. 3) Review amended Site Plan for Bluffs Apts. regarding addition of carports. 4) PC Annual Report 2022-2023-Moore 5) Further revision of Section 21.6.
