Public hearing on the Application for Variance of: Raghuram Elluru 1446 Burlington Dr. Subject Parcel Property Tax Identification Number: 3904-08-390-351 located in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District within Ross Township. The Applicant is proposing an addition, remodel and new deck for an existing house. The applicant received variances for the proposed construction on August 16, 2023, however, one additional required variance item was identified at such time. In this regard, the street-side steps to the house require a variance from the street-side setback. The Applicant is requesting a street-side setback variance from the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance regarding these steps.  B. Public hearing on the Application for Variance of: items to be considered at this meeting include, in brief, the following: 1. Master Builders, Inc. 2029 Idlewild Dr. Subject Parcel Property Tax Identification Number: 3904-18-102-251 located in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District within RossTownship. The Applicant is proposing to construct a new deck for a new house under construction. The proposed construction will create an overall lot coverage of 30% of the lot where only 26.39% is allowed. The Applicant is requesting a variance from the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance regarding this ordinance standard. 5. Public Comment 6. Board Member Time 7.
