New Business Public hearing: request of Patrick and Mary Weitekamp for approval to construct an addition and remodel of an existing nonconforming home at 361 S. Gull Lake Dr., in accordance with Section 22.3(B) and the special land use provisions in Article 19 of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is also requesting review of a site plan for the proposed construction. Public hearing: request of Steve and Gina Schau for approval to construct an addition to an existing nonconforming home at 1382 Burlington, in accordance with Section 22.3 (B) and the special land use provisions in Article 19. The applicant is also requesting review of a site plan for the proposed construction. 6. Unfinished Business Research Status Report: Analysis of past 6:45-7:35 nonconforming special land use applications, specifically the percentages requested for expansion.
