New Business Special Land Use and Site Plan Review: A public 6:10-7:35 hearing and Planning Commission action on the request of Peter M. and Clare N. Grady for approval to place an addition on a nonconforming home at 181 Gull Lake Island, in accordance with the special land use provisions in Article 19 of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance. The proposed construction is to put an addition on the nonconforming home. Therefore, it is only permitted as a special land use under the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is also requesting approval of a site plan for the proposed construction. The subject property is located in the R-1 Zoning District and has the following parcel identification number for property tax purposes: 3904-18-280-200. Public hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance amendments regarding battery storage energy systems and principal use solar energy systems. 6. Unfinished Business None known 7.
