ADOPTION OF AGENDA Motion by Warn, seconded by Greene, to adopt the agenda as presented. All yeas Motion passes PUBLIC HEARING None. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. Consideration of Request for an Across-the-road Banner/St. Augustine Parish Motion by Greene, seconded by Allen, to approve the special event application from St. Augustine Catholic Church to have an across the road banner in conjunction with their annual parish festival to be display July 30th through August 14th, 2018, and direct the City Clerk to submit the application to MDOT. Consideration of Establish a Quarterly Roundtable Motion by Reindel, seconded by LaFore, to schedule the special quarterly roundtable meeting of the City Council for July 16th, 2018, at City Hall beginning immediately following the regular meeting. All yeas Motion passes CITY MANAGER COMMENTS - Thanked all the members of the Pool Committee - St. Augustine’s 5th grade class toured the Police Department, Fire Department, Library and City Hall today. Rix – Thanked the VFW for the Memorial Day Service - Reminder of upcoming calendar events: 6/8 – Last day of School 6/8 – Blue Devil Tournament begins 6/12 – Cable Committee Meeting at 7:00 pm 6/14 – Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 pm 6/14 – Flag Day 6/17 – Father’s Day 6/18 – Council Meeting at 7:00 pm CLOSED SESSION None.
