Public comments: none Approval of minutes: Motion by Robson to approve April 2021 Minutes; all yes, approved. Memorial/Gifts: On file. May 2021 Newsletter. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: On file. Library Funds Received & Spent: On file. Chairperson report: none Librarian report: On file. Old Business: none New Business: Library Clerk: After reviewing and discussing the library clerk position description, motion by Robson to approve of the description and post the position; all yes, Approved. Library Fines: After discussing current library fines and possible changes, motion by O’Neill to table until October 2021; all yes, approved. Member comments: Stump asked the director about the possibility of emailing the library’s monthly newsletter, and utilizing the City’s text alert system to promote library events.
