Kiel Approval of Agenda: Motion by Stump to approve Agenda; all yes, motion passed Public Comments: None Approval of Minutes: Motion by Stump to approve May 2022 minutes; all yes, motion passed Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: on file Library Funds Received & Spent: on file Memorial/Gifts: June/July/August/September Newsletters Chairperson’s Report: None Librarian’s Report: On file Unfinished Business: New Business: Automation System Migration Details of the upcoming Polaris Automation System and Vega Discovery Layer (patron catalog) migration were discussed. The new system will be live Thursday, September 22nd. Election of Officers Motion by Stump to nominate board members to board positions as follows: Robson, Chair; O’Neill, Vice-Chair; Stump, Recording Secretary; Kiel, Corresponding Secretary; Maksymiuk, Trustee. All yes, approved. Motion by Stump to elect board members to board positions as stated in nomination motion; all yes, approved. Director’s Evaluation Board members to fill out director evaluation sheets in preparation for the October 2022 meeting. Public Comments: None Board Comments: O’Neill shared article about the Jamestown Township Library and its loss of funding following an August millage vote.
