All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by LaFore, supported by Weinert to approve the minutes from July 27, 2022, as presented. All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF BILLS Motion by LaFore, supported by Garant, to approve the Payroll Expenses for July 21st through August 19th, 2022, in the amount of $4,866.93. All yeas Motion passes Motion by LaFore, supported by Garant, to approve the Schedule of Bills for July 19th through August 19th, 2022, in the amount of $144,136.08. PUBLIC COMMENTS None ADOPTION OF AGENDA Motion by Ball, seconded by Garant, to adopt the agenda as presented. All yeas Motion passes The Agenda was adopted as presented. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. In-Field Review of Parking Lot Drawings TIFA, the City Manager and Mayor met after the adjournment of the meeting to review and walk in-person the three (3) main parking lot areas in the north business district. All changes to the plans from the walk-thru will be forwarded to the city engineers or incorporated into the plans. MISCELLANEOUS MATTER FROM THE DIRECTOR The parking lot striping at the AUD is finished with the exception of the handicapped spaces. The gym flooring has been repaired and the work on the stage area is scheduled for next week. The fencing and the concrete flooring for Good Old Days has been installed. The floor drainage will be assessed and completed at a later date. CHAIRMAN AND AUTHORITY MEMBERS Reindel requested TIFA board do a better job at utilizing local businesses for contracted work. Moore agreed that in the future he will work harder to acquire quotes from local business. Weinert indicated that the Filling Station is underway and appreciates TIFA’s support.
