MINUTES RICHWOOD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Monday, May 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM BE IT KNOWN that the City of Richwood Capital Improvement Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N., Richwood, Texas 77531 with the following agenda: I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. II. INVOCATION Tricia Ditto, Finance Director, led the invocation. III. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Durham led the pledges. IV. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS PRESENT Michael Durham Paul Stallberg Amanda Reynolds Jeremy Fountain Dena Pate ABSENT Mike Challenger William Yearsin V. PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comment. VI. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of minutes from meeting held August 12, 2024. Motion to approve. Motion made by Amanda Reynolds, Seconded by Jeremy Fountain. Voting Yea: Paul Stallberg, Amanda Reynolds, Jeremy Fountain, Dena Pate Motion carried. VII. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss, consider and possibly call for public hearing before City Council to review recently adopted impact fees. Eric presented information. Discussion held on the lack of public attendance and prior hearings to consider current fees. Discussion held on who will be affected by these fees, current or future residents? Discussion held on what the impact fee is used for and how it's applied for future growth. VIII. ADJOURNMENT  Motion to adjourn. Motion made by Amanda Reynolds, Seconded by Jeremy Fountain.
