Discuss and consider adopting Resolution No. 24-R-87, setting a public hearing to consider amendments to land use assumptions, capital improvement plans, and impact fees on new development for water and wastewater improvements. B. Discuss and consider a resolution extending the disaster declaration issued by Mayoral Proclamation on July 7, 2024, in response to Hurricane Beryl. C. Discussion regarding the status of the city post Hurricane Beryl. D. Discuss and consider waiving permit fees for storm related premit applications. E. Discuss and consider approving licensing agreement for a median located at Business 288 and Creekwood Landing Dr. F. Discussion regarding Fiscal Year 2025 budget and utility rates. G.
