BE IT KNOWN THAT a City of Richwood Crime Control and Prevention District Board will meet Thursday, June 12m, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM at Richwood City Hall, located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N., Richwood, Texas 77531 with the following agenda: I. CALL TO ORDER II. ROLL CALL OF BOARD MEMBERS III. PUBLIC COMMENTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Minutes from meeting held February 20, 2025. V. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss, consider and possible action on an amendment to the FY 24/25 budget in an amount not to exceed $70,000 to cover expenditures approved in previous budget year. B. Discuss, consider and take action on a quote submitted by Peacemaker Technologies for police vehicle mobile data terminals as a package deal with recently purchased handheld ticket writer platform, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 C. Discuss, consider and take action on authorization to purchase Power DMS in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00 annually for three years consecutive. D. Public hearing to discuss, consider and take action on FY 25 / 26 Crime Control and Prevention District annual budget. VI. SET NEXT MEETING DATE VII. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS VIII.
