MINUTES KEEP RICHWOOD BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION MEETING Wednesday, November 05, 2025 at 6:00 PM BE IT KNOWN THAT a City of Richwood Keep Richwood Beautiful Commission will meet Wednesday, November 5, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM at Richwood City Hall, located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N., Richwood, Texas 77531 with the following agenda: I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. II. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS PRESENT Kai Kai York Kimberly Kimberly Garcia DeniseYork III. PUBLIC COMMENTS There was no public comment. IV. REPORT ON RECENT EVENTS A. Brazoria County Master Gardeners Event, October 18 Kai reported on the event. Turn out not as good as they were hoping. Margaret adv 7 attended, not including krb. Possible need to discuss continuing the series. B. Trunk or Treat - October 24 EnterTextHere V. UPCOMING EVENTS A. Fall Sweep 2025 Discussion held on details of the event. VI. YARD OF THE MONTH Spookiest & Christmas Contest Four entries for the halloween. VII. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Review, discuss and consider amending the Yard of the Month contest rules. Discussion held on the yard of the month contests. No action taken. B. Discuss and consider setting new date for monthly meetings.  Kye resigned effective end of december. Motion to move meetings to Wednesday. Denise, Kimberly - two in favor, kye against C. Discussion regarding the status of the community garden. Discussion held on updates and future plans. D. Discuss and consider approval of landscaping quote provided by TR's Lawn for the community garden rehab. Motion to approve kye Kimmie, Denise, - all in favor E. Discuss and consider replacement of shrubs at the P.K. Forrest Building. KRB will get new ones and put them in F. Discuss and consider placement of flags for Veteran's Day.
