Minutes of the Keep Richwood Beautiful Commission Regular Meeting The Keep Richwood Beautiful Commission Regular Meeting called Meeting of January 5, 2021 BE IT KNOWN THAT, a Keep Richwood Beautiful Commission Regular Meeting of City of Richwood was held January 5, 2021, beginning at 6:00 PM PM in the Richwood City Hall, located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N, Richwood, Texas 77531. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order 6:02 p.m. II. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS Brittany Figaro, Chairman: Present Sonia Foger: Present Janet Jackson-Ellis: Present Audrey Johnson: Present Tara Riley, Vice Chairman: Absent Also, in attendance, Kimberly Mayer, Executive Director and Kirsten Garcia, City Secretary; Melissa Strawn, City Council Liaison; Guests: Lindsie Yearsin & Becky Thompson III. PUBLIC COMMENTS There was no public comment. IV. REPORT ON RECENT EVENTS A. Christmas Drive-Thru Kimberly reported on the Christmas Drive-Thru event. She said she thinks it may be time to double up on supplies. Discussion held on the event. B. Ellis Park Dedication Kimberly reported on the event. Janet thanked everyone for their hard work making the event so successful. 1  V. UPCOMING EVENTS Spring Clean Up & Easter: Kimberly reported she has not heard from KTB regarding clean ups but will keep everyone informed. Watch for it on February's agenda. Easter is April 4, 2021 - We will bring it back in February - looking like another drive through event. VI. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Discussion and possible action regarding the Governor's Community Achievement Award. B. Discussion held on application process KRB Workshop scheduled January 19, 2021 @ 1pm VII. FINANCIAL REPORT Kimberly reported. VIII. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT Kimberly reported about the affiliate award report that is due, scenic city certification, green bag grant, community garden memberships, servolution, and farmers market. IX. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST No discussion held. X. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Organize the Board GCAA Ongoing projects Presidents Day flags XI.
