Minutes of Planning and Zoning Special Meeting The Planning and Zoning Commission City of Richwood A Special Meeting of Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Richwood was held Monday, July 10, 2017, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Richwood City Hall, 1800 N. Brazosport Blvd. Richwood, Texas. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Guthrie called the meeting at 6:05 pm INVOCATION Michael Coon, City Manager, led the invocation. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS Paul Raymond - ABSENT Frank Blanks Lauren LaCount Mark Guthrie Chris Hardison Sarah Reed APPROVAL OF MINUTES Planning Min 061217 On motion by Lauren LaCount second by Sarah Reed with all present members voting “aye” the minutes of June 12, 2017 were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS All public comments will be subject to the following rules: all speakers will be permitted to speak no longer than 3 minutes; all speakers will only be permitted to speak once; speakers cannot defer their 3 minutes to another speaker; the first five individuals who sign up for the public comment section will be permitted to speak DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS Preliminary review and action on replat of Lots 63 & 64, Block 3, Oakwood Shores Subdivison Sec I, said lots being located near the cul-de-sac on Redfish Trail On motion by Lauren LaCount second by Sarah Reed with all present members voting “aye” preliminary approval on replat of Lots 63&64, Block 3, Oakwood Shores Sec I was granted. Preliminary review and action on replat of Lot 9, Block 12, Glenwood Bayou & Lot 15, Block 1, Creek Bend Subdivision and said lots being located on Oyster Creek Drive and Moore Street Lauren LaCount moved to grant preliminary approval. Sarah Reed seconded. Chris Hardison asked who paid for the survey. Mr. Coon advised the developer paid for the survey. With all present members voting “aye”, preliminary approval on replat of Lot 9, Block 12, Glenwood Bayou & Lot 15, Block 1, Creek Bend Subdivision was granted.
