Minutes of Planning and Zoning Commission The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting of October 12, 2020 BE IT KNOWN THAT, a Planning and Zoning Commission of City of Richwood was held October 12, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Richwood City Hall Richwood City Hall, 1800 N. Brazosport Blvd., Richwood, Texas 77531 I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. II. INVOCATION Tricia Ditto, Finance Director, led the invocation. III. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Boykin let the pledges. IV. ROLL CALL OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS Steve Boykin, Mayor: Present Mike Johnson, Position 1: Present Melissa Strawn, Position 2: Present Matthew Yarborough, Position 3: Absent Mark Brown II, Position 4: Present Katie Johnson, Position 5: Present Others in attendance: Eric Foerster, City Manager; Kirsten Garcia, City Secretary; Patricia Ditto, Finance Director; Clif Custer, Public Works Director; Stephen Mayer, Chief of Police; Matt Allen, City Attorney V. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. VI. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Preliminary review and action on replat of lots known as Marquis of Magnolia, to amend building lines and rename subdivision to Ridgeway at Richwood. Motion to table to next meeting when requesting party can be present. This motion, made by Mark Brown II and seconded by Mike Johnson, Passed. Yea: 4, Nay: 0 VII.
