MINUTES RICHWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING Monday, October 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM BE IT KNOWN that the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Richwood will meet in Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM at 1800 N. Brazosport Blvd., Richwood, TX 77531 at the Richwood City Hall in the Council Chambers with the following agenda: I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Michael Durham. II. INVOCATION The invocation was led by Tricia Ditto, Finance Director. III. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledges of Allegiance were led by Mayor Michael Durham IV. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS Present: Mayor Michael Durham Councilmember Paul Stallberg Councilmember Mike Johnson Councilmember Jeremy Fountain Absent: Councilmember Amanda Reynolds Councilmember William Yearsin A quorum was present. Others present: Eric Foerster, City Manager; Clif Custer, Public Works Director; Kirsten Garcia, City Secretary; Tricia Ditto, Finance Director; Stephen Mayer, Chief of Police; and Matt Allen, City Attorney. V. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. VI. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Consider approval of a replat of Lot 36, being 1.16 acres in the J.E. Groce Survey, Abstract 66, City of Richwood, Brazoria County, Texas. Staff presented the replat request for review. The Council discussed the request and its compliance with applicable regulations. A motion was made by Council Member Jeremy Fountain and seconded by Council Member Mike Johnson to approve the replat of Lot 36, being 1.16 acres in the J.E. Groce Survey, Abstract 66, City of Richwood, Brazoria County, Texas. Voting Yea: Stallberg, Johnson, Fountain Motion carried. VII.
