APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion was made to approve the Minutes from the last meeting held on March 7, 2017 PUBLIC COMMENT OF THE ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: Citizen still had concerns about the Senior Center renovations. Citizen thanked Stephens and Thomas for coming over as promised to look and the Senior Center. DISCUSSION AND OTHER ACTION ITEMS: Presentation from Rec West for the new equipment for Upjohn and Pearson parks took place. Then the discussion of what the other companies could offer. A motion was made to approve Rec West for the Construction of Pearson and Upjohn parks new equipment. This motion was approved to be taken to City Council for further approval. On a Budgeted amount not to exceed $500,000.00, and approve Rec West as the company to use and also have council approve the Purchase Contract. CITIZENS’ COMMENTS: Citizens discussed the Senior Center Renovation of the building and parking lot.
