ROLL CALL: Present: Scott Hayman, Lindsey Stephens, Jessica Roberts De Haan, Bill Farris Absent: Staff: Jason Patin Recording Secretary: Nerissa Wegener APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion to approve the agenda was made. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion was made to approve the Minutes from the last meeting held on October 30, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENT OF THE ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: Patron asked about the palm trees in the medians and mentioned concerns regarding the maintenance of them. DISCUSSION AND OTHER ACTION ITEMS: Mr. Patin presented non formal estimates from a local contractor for the placements of the restrooms at Pearson Park and Freedom Park. Mr. Patin also presented an estimated cost sheet for both restrooms that included the building, project manager, contractor and plans/engineering. The committee discussed whether or not there was a possibility of getting the restrooms done for cheaper and what other restroom options may be out there. The committee asked Mr. Patin for a copy of the feasibility study for Pinney Pool. Mr. Patin said that he would email the feasibility study to committee. Motion was made and approved to change the time of the Quality of Life Meetings to 5:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month.
