ROLL CALL: Present: Lindsey Stephens, Scott Hayman, Travis Reed Absent: Vanessa Hayman Staff: Jason Patin Recording Secretary: Nerissa Wegener APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Committee approved the agenda APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion was made to approve the Minutes for the August 18, 2020 meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT OF THE ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: DISCUSSION AND OTHER ACTION ITEMS: Committee and staff opened the meeting for questions from the public directed to California Consulting Inc. regarding the SPP Grant. Several members of the public asked questions in which the California Consulting Inc. answered in full. Other topics discussed regarding the SPP Grant were finding a location that earned the project the most possible points and Recreation Features to be included in the project. All of which the public provided input and ideas for. Committee and staff discussed the Per Capita Grant that has already been awarded. The staff informed the Committee that putting in new fields would cost greater than the funds available through this grant. Staff will be exploring other options and possible projects to bring back to a meeting at a later date within the grant budget.
