City of Ridgecrest Quality of Life meetings are OPEN to public attendance. Although Chambers
are OPEN, public participation is still encouraged via Web-x, call-in, or via written

1. Approve draft minutes of the regular meeting dated 9/6/2022. - Approved

NEW BUSINESS
OLD BUSINESS
1. Clean CA Update – Wildan contract signed, is now in design phase.
2. ARPA Project Update – Softball field restroom/concession building will be taken to Council,
Baseball field shade will be taken to Council when the survey of KMCC Sports Complex is
complete, Obtaining Roofing estimates for Leroy Jackson Sports Complex and Upjohn Park.
3. Per Capita Update – Plans have been resubmitted to the County for approval, once approved
materials will be ordered and construction scheduled.

COMMITTEE COMMENTS
Mr. Bruen voiced that he would like to see more Tik Tok videos made for Parks and Rec programs and
events. This will be coordinated with Parks and Rec staff and Isabel.
