PLANNING COMMISSION: Eric Bruen, Mayor; Skip Gorman, Councilman; Vanessa Hayman, Planning Commissioner; Megan Richter, Planning Commissioner CALL TO ORDER – 5:33 pm ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF AGENDA APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Approval of minutes from the November 7, 2023 meeting - approved PUBLIC COMMENTS OF ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA NEW BUSINESS OLD BUSINESS Update on shade at Kerr McGee Sports complex – Shades have gone to manufacturing, plan to installation, schedule to work around the league. Ball Park ETA – Summer 2024 Update on pool design – 60% design complete, on task for completion timeline, break ground Summer 2024, bond going to City Council in March. CDBG Project Updates Fence – Completed, finished January 18th Skate Park shade – In environmental review, will be around 1 year before work can begin Shade on upper softball fields – Funding not yet received Clean CA – Work has begun, removal of all old benches, old concrete walkways, will continue in hopes of being complete by June 2024. Resurfacing received no bids, falling back on purchasing policy to sole source project will be brought back to Council at a later date.
