Board of Equalization April 13, 2020 The Riverdale Board of Equalization was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Skuza. Present: Ken Skuza, Jerry Orth, Garth Zimbelman, Dick Cheatley, Jonna Taylor and Auditor Del Kolke Cheatley moved to approve the property valuations for 2020 which increases residential land values approximately 6% - 7% and exclude five (5) properties increased in value due to recent sale or listing. Orth seconded. Motion was withdrawn. Cheatley moved to approve the property valuations set forth in the 2020 Assessment Value Report with the following exceptions: Lots in Block 1 and Block 3 John Adams Addition be valued at $12,000 rather than $14,600 and no increase to Parcel Nos. 83000100452000, 83000100568000, 83000100907000, 83000100908000 and 83030200010000.
