City Council Special Meeting

Special City Council Meeting May 29, 2020 A special Riverdale City Council meeting of May 29, 2020 was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Skuza. Present: Ken Skuza, Jerry Orth, Garth Zimbelman, Jonna Taylor and Auditor Del Kolke Absent: Dick Cheatley Taylor moved to open Morning Star Campground June 12. No porta-potties will be on-site and short-term primitive camping will not be allowed. Campers will self-police social distancing and use of the playground and gazebo. Zimbelman seconded. Roll Call: Orth aye, Zimbelman aye, Taylor aye. Motion carried. A prorated season rate will be required prior to occupying site. Orth moved to proceed with upgrading 25kv transformer to 50kv transformer for Lots 1, 2, 10 and 11 Block 6 OT with an estimated cost of $6,000. Zimbelman seconded. Motion carried.
