MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department is committed to the highest quality
water and electric services at the lowest possible rates to benefit the community
The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to

Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They will be
acted upon by the Board at one time without discussion. If any Board member, staff
member, or interested person requests that an item be removed from the Consent
Calendar, it will be considered by the Board in separate action.

3 NEW STREET LIGHT STANDARDS INSTALLATION, NORTHBOUND VAN
BUREN BOULEVARD FROM JURUPA AVENUE TO THE SANTA ANA RIVER –
WORK ORDER No. 1415402
That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure of
$64,100 for Work Order No. 1415402 to install six new street light standards for
the Van Buren Boulevard Street Improvements Northbound from Jurupa Avenue to
the Santa Ana River Bridge Project, as part of the Public Works Renaissance
Street Improvement Project.

4 ANNUAL RETAIL ELECTRIC PROVIDER POWER SOURCE DISCLOSURE
REPORT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION, ANNUAL POWER
CONTENT LABEL, AND ATTESTATION
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve the Annual Retail Electric Provider’s Report for calendar year 2013;
2. Attest as to the accuracy of the Annual Retail Electric Provider’s Report;
3. Approve the annual Power Content Label for calendar year 2013; and
4. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute and submit the
attestation.

5 INCREASE PURCHASE ORDER NO.135377 TO ADD SALES TAX FOR DATA
ACQUISITION AND HANDLING SYSTEM INSTALLATION
That the Board of Public Utilities approve the $7,569.22 increase to Purchase
Order No.135377 to include California sales taxes.

1. Receive an update regarding the Customer Information System Replacement
Project; and
2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Consultant Services
Contract with Milestone Software Solutions Inc. in the amount of $150,000.
