MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department is committed to the highest quality
water and electric services at the lowest possible rates to benefit the community
The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.

3 RELOCATION OF ELECTRIC FACILITIES AT COLE AVENUE FROM LURIN TO
KRAMERIA AVENUES – WORK ORDER NO. 1325480
That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure of
$239,735 for Work Order No. 1325480 to relocate electric facilities along Cole
Avenue from Lurin to Krameria Avenues for the Cole Avenue Storm Drain
Improvements Project, a Public Works Street Improvement Project.

4 LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF A PORTION OF RIVERSIDE WATER
COMPANY CANAL LOCATED ADJACENT TO 3558 WASHINGTON STREET,
RIVERSIDE– WILLIAM STOKLEY
That the Board of Public Utilities recommend that the City Council:
1. Approve the License Agreement with William Stokley; and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the License
Agreement.

5 FIRST AMENDMENT TO FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE SOFTWARE LICENSE
AGREEMENT NO. 2006-224 WITH TELVENT USA, LLC, TO EXTEND THE
ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
SYSTEM SOFTWARE
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve the First Amendment to the First Addendum to the Software License
Agreement No. 2006-224 extending the Enterprise License Agreement until
November 1, 2016 at no additional cost; and
2. Approve the legal name change from Telvent USA Corporation to Telvent USA,
LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

6 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO PURCHASE ORDER NO. 143370 AND SECOND
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE CLEARANCE AND
VEGETATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve Change Order No. 1 to Purchase Order No. 143370 with Utility Tree
Service, Inc., of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $541,000 for tree
trimming costs and additional line clearance work; and
2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Utility Tree Service Inc.
for utility line clearance and vegetation management services in the amount of
$1,753,504, contingent upon final budget adoption by the City Council.
