MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department is committed to the highest quality
water and electric services at the lowest possible rates to benefit the community
The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.

3 RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE STUDENT SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING - WORK ORDER NO. 1412378
That the Board of Public Utilities approve Work Order No. 1412378 in the amount
of $51,572 which includes City-provided construction services associated with the
development of Riverside City College Student Services and Administration
Building located at 4800 Magnolia Avenue.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
4 AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT
SERVICES AND PROJECT COST SHARES FOR THE RIVERSIDE NORTH
AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY PROJECT
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Recommend that the City Council approve the First Amendment to the
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Cost Share agreement between Western
Municipal Water District and San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District for the
Project to extend the term to December 31, 2018 and the Supplemental
Agreement, Task 7, for cost sharing of the EIR, and authorize the City Manager or
his designee to approve any supplemental agreements when additional cost share
opportunities are identified;
2. Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Consultant Services
Agreement with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc., for the design of the Project to extend
the term of the agreement through December 31, 2018;
3. Recommend that the City Council approve the Design and Permitting Cost
Share Agreement for the Project between Western Municipal Water District and
San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District and authorize the City Manager or
his designee to approve any supplemental agreements when additional cost share
opportunities are identified; and
4. Approve the Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services with
RBF Consulting for the EIR for the Project; in a not-to-exceed amount of $363,375
and extend the term through December 31, 2016.
