MINUTES 4 Approval of the regular minutes from the Board of Public Utilities meeting held on February 20, 2015. Attachments: draft minutes of 02-20-2015 CITIZENS PARTICIPATION 5 Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding any matters within the jurisdiction of the Riverside Public Utilities Board - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Board of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Board of Public Utilities votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. City of Riverside Page 2 Printed on 2/27/2015 Board of Public Utilities Agenda - Final March 5, 2015 Electric Items 6 UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION NEAR FOURTEENTH STREET AND BROCKTON AVENUE FOR THE RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL EXPANSION PROJECT - WORK ORDER NO. 1503841 That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure of $115,000 for Work Order No. 1503841 for the installation of electrical distribution facilities for the Riverside Community Hospital Expansion Project. Attachments: Report Map 7 ACQUISITION EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH THE RIVERSIDE TRANSMISSION RELIABILITY PROJECT That the Board of Public Utilities approve and recommend City Council approval of: 1. The expenditure of $71,500 to cover the cost of the easement over APN 155-290-061, escrow and title fees associated with the acquisition; and 2. The expenditure of $176,165 to cover the cost of the easement over APN 234-160-061, escrow and title fees associated with the acquisition.
