Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 9 UPDATE ON BUILDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AT MISSION SQUARE LOCATED AT 3750 UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL BUILDING EXPENDITURES FOR ACCESSI B I L I T Y IMPROVEMENTS AND ELEVATOR SYSTEM REPLACEMENTS IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $1,700,000 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Receive an update on building improvement projects at Mission Square at 3750 University Avenue; and 2. Provide conceptual approval to staff to proceed with the replacement of the elevator mechanical systems and passenger cab refurbishment in the amount and the replacement of the entry doors to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards, in the estimated amount of $1,700,000.
