CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Board of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Board of Public Utilities votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. RPU-7495 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF FOUR ELECTRICAL VAULTS AND MANHOLES THROUGHOUT THE CITY TO HENKELS & McCOY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $465,539 – APPROVE WORK ORDER NO. 1804337 FOR $557,000 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Award Bid No. RPU-7495 for the Replacement of Four Electrical Vaults and Manholes throughout the City, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder Henkels & McCoy, Pomona, California, in the amount of $465,539; and 2. Approve Work Order No. 1804337 in the amount of $557,000. RPU-7481 FOR GENERAL ORDER 165 POLE REPLACEMENTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY AND MATERIAL STORAGE YARD FENCE PROJECT TO ASPLUNDH CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $696,990 – APPROVE TOTAL CAPITAL EXPENDITURE OF $1,125,000 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Award Bid No. RPU-7481 for General Order 165 Pole Replacements at Various Locations throughout the City and Material Storage Yard Fence Project, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder Asplundh Construction Corporation, Anaheim, California, in the amount of $696,990; and 2. Approve total capital expenditure of $1,125,000. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 7 4kV TO 12kV CONVERSION PROGRAM STATUS REPORT That the Board of Public Utilities receive and file the status report on the 4kV to 12kV Conversion Program, upgrading aging 4kV distribution facilities to a modern 12kV distribution system.
