Award Bid No. RPU-7495 for the Replacement of Four Electrical Vaults and Manholes throughout the City, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder Henkels & McCoy, Pomona, California, in the amount of $465,539; and 2. Approve Work Order No. 1804337 in the amount of $557,000. Award Bid No. RPU-7481 for General Order 165 Pole Replacements at Various Locations throughout the City and Material Storage Yard Fence Project, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder Asplundh Construction Corporation, Anaheim, California, in the amount of $696,990; and 2. Approve total capital expenditure of $1,125,000.
