Approve a Professional Consultant Services Agreement, RPU Bid-1804, with IHI Inc. for the turbine blade replacements under General Electric Service Bulletin 310 at the Riverside Energy Resource Center in the amount of $281,255; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with IHI Inc.
