DISCUSSION CALENDAR
This portion of the Board of Public Utilities Agenda is for all matters where staff and

2 Recommend City Council declare as exempt surplus land approximately 23,958
square feet vacant City-owned land at 4125 Vine Street also known as 11th Street
Well Site - Purchase, Sale and Development Agreement with Riverside Transit
Agency for total of $435,000 including $155,000 for approximately 23,958 square
feet of vacant City-owned land, $250,000 fair market value for 11th Street Well use,
and $30,000 for 11th Street Well relocation with not to exceed $7,500 for related
title, escrow, and miscellaneous closing costs

3 Utility year-to-date revenues and customer delinquency rates update - Impact
review of third year implementation delay of Electric Rate Plan from January 1,
2021, to July 1, 2021, with estimated electric fund revenue reduction of $4.4 million
to meet Fiscal Year 2021/2022 budget assumptions
