City of Riverside Page 1 Board of Public Utilities Agenda October 25, 2021 Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23618, members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting.
