water and electric services at the lowest possible rates to benefit the community.
The Board of Public Utilities will conduct an in-person and virtual meeting.

Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23618,
members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must
preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting. In that regard, members of all
Boards and Commissions, as well as the public participants are advised that any
delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council, Boards and commissions, or their presiding officer constitutes a violation of
these rules.

votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public
Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the

the preservation of life, health or property and waiving the formal public bidding

after-the-fact purchase for emergency repair work of Garner Well C to Tri-County

6 Recommend City Council adopt a resolution authorizing submittal of grant
application to California State Water Resources Control Board Water Recycling
Funding Program in estimated amount of $150,000 for Riverside Public Utilities’
Recycled Water Master Plan study - Authorize City Manager, or designee, to
accept amount awarded and execute all grant documents, including making minor
and non-substantive changes to documents associated with the grant - Authorize
Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record increase in revenues and
appropriate expenditures in estimated grant award amount of $150,000 in account

- Recommend City Council (1) award Bid RPU-7932 in the amount of $1,021,700
for Locating Subsurface Facilities for City of Riverside Underground Utilities to
Kana Subsurface Engineering, Inc., Riverside; and (2) approve Services
Agreement for Locating Subsurface Facilities for City of Riverside Underground
Utilities with KANA Subsurface Engineering, Inc., for annual amount of $1,021,700
for three-year term ending October 4, 2025, with two optional one-year term
