The Board of Public Utilities will conduct an in-person and virtual meeting.

Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23618,
members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must
preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting. In that regard, members of all
Boards and Commissions, as well as the public participants are advised that any
delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council, Boards and commissions, or their presiding officer constitutes a violation of
these rules.

Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the
Consent Calendar for separate action.

10 Recommend City Council approve City’s Financing Team for transactions and
authorization of Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer or any duly authorized designee
to pay costs of such firms in connection with interest rate reset and tender,
purchase and remarketing of 2011A Bonds from City’s Water Fund and costs of
firms in connection with new money issuance of 2022A Water Revenue Bonds from
bond proceeds - Conduct a public hearing to consider issuance of new money

to rebate amount for Residential Used Electric Vehicle Rebate from $500 to $1,000,
and increase additional rebate amount for SHARE customers from $1,000 to $1,500
