Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23035, the
Members of the City Council and the public are reminded that they must preserve order
and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the
public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the
orders of the City Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

speaker card to the City Clerk. Speaker cards can be found at the east entrance to the
Art Pick Council Chamber and City Hall lobby. Speaker cards will be accepted until

that the repair of the failing sewer force main at Alessandro Boulevard and
Trautwein Road is of urgent necessity for the preservation of life, health, and
property pursuant to Charter Section 1109; (2) authorizing a contract with C.P.
Construction Co., Inc., for the evaluation and repair of a ruptured force main sewer
at Trautwein Road and Berry Road, in the amount of $57,145.52 from Sewer
Enterprise Fund Collections Maintenance and Repair Budget Account; and (3)
authorizing the procurement of a design-build entity to design and construct
