Pursuant to Government code section 54954.2 the Community Police Review Commission will conduct a meeting at the above time and place for the purpose of transacting or discussing business as identified on this agenda. Further, where a Commissioner has either (1) missed a majority of the deliberative process or (2) been unable or unwilling to submit a rationale within a month of the original due date, the Manager may, in his or her discretion, move the process forward without that Commissioner’s rationale.
