Oral communications from the audience relating to any of the agenda items are limited to three minutes, and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence. Cultural Heritage Board action on all items may be appealed to the City Council within ten calendar days. Contact the Planning Division for further information. State law restricts the Cultural Heritage Board from taking action on an item unless it has been included on an agenda and posted at least 72 hours in advance of a meeting, or unless the matter falls within one of the narrow exceptions. Consequently, any item not listed on this agenda will normally have to be delayed until the item can be made part of a posted agenda. Additionally, significant changes to a project made subsequent to posting of the agenda and not addressed in the Cultural Heritage Board staff report will result in continuance of that item in order to allow for adequate review by the Commission. The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS 2 Cultural Heritage Board Workshop – Imperial Hardware Lofts – Consideration, at a workshop level, of a preliminary site plan and development concept by Ratkovich Properties for a new residential and mixed-use development project at 3750 Main Street and the adjacent parking lot that will incorporate and rehabilitate the existing façade of the historic Imperial Hardware building, which is designated as a contributor to the Mission Inn Historic District and City Structure of Merit #296, located in the Raincross District, Cultural Resources Overlay Zone of the Downtown Specific Plan in Ward 1.
