Oral communications from the audience relating to any of the agenda items are limited to three minutes, and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence. Cultural Heritage Board action on all items may be appealed to the City Council within ten calendar days after the decision. Contact the Planning Division for further information. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 2 Planning Cases P17-0764 (COA)- Certificate of Appropriateness request by Russ Haley of CityMark Communities, LLC, for the construction of a multi-family development consisting of 13 residential units on a vacant lot within the Seventh Street Historic District. This property is located at 4019 Mission Inn Avenue, situated on the northwest corner of Mission Inn Avenue and Chestnut Street, in the DSP-NC-SP-CR - Downtown Specific Plan-Neighborhood Commercial District and Cultural Resources (Seventh Street Historic District) Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. The Planning Division of the Community and Economic Development Department has determined that the proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is recommending that a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) be adopted. The property is located at 4154 Twelfth Street, situated on the south side of Twelfth Street between Brockton Avenue and Locust Street, in the DSP-AS-SP-CR – Downtown Specific Plan-Almond Street District and Cultural Resources (Evergreen Quarter Historic District) Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15303 (New Construction of Small Structures), 15304 (Minor Alteration to Land), and 15332 (In-fill).
