Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 2 Planning Case P18-0643 (COA): Certificate of Appropriateness request by Robert Lewis of the City of Riverside Housing Authority to demolish an existing duplex, which is listed as a non-contributor to the Heritage Square Historic District. The property is located at 3337-3339 Fifth Street situated on the north side of Fifth Street between Mulberry and Lime Streets, in the DSP-Res-CR – Downtown Specific Plan-Residential District and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15301(L)(2) (Demolition of a duplex). It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board recommend that the City Council determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to per Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15308 of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment, said action is intended to preserve the historic character of the building and site, and to provide notice of the historic status.
