Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 3 PLANNING CASE P19-0487 (COA) - To consider the formation of a Subcommittee of the Cultural Heritage Board to work with the applicant on the architecture of the residence main level, two-car garage and basement expansion proposed to replace the demolished non-contributing residence in the Mount Rubidoux Historic District. The project is located at 4674 Beacon Way, situated on the south side of Beacon Way between Ladera Lane and Redwood Drive, in Ward 1.
