Attachments: Minutes 3 Human Relations Commission Attendance - That the Human Relations Commission excuse the March 25, 2021 absence of Commissioners Kanatzar, Barth, Imaku, and Armster. PRESENTATIONS 4 Ms. Hope Palacio to present on her "Civilian Response Model" which proposes the dispatching of non-sworn personnel to the scene of calls identified as non-police emergencies or non-public safety calls. The Human Relations Commission will receive and file the presentation. Discussion will result in the formation of an ad-hoc committee to meet one time to create a master calendar of agenda items for the remainder of 2021. Each month the Commission will determine which method is best suited for commemorating the various dates of significance.
