Attachments: Minutes 4 Human Relations Commission Attendance - That the Human Relations Commission excuse the April 22, 2021 absence of Commissioners Shirley and Armster. DISCUSSION CALENDAR 5 Commission standing discussion on ways to mark monthly commemorative dates by formal letter, statement, activity, and/or event. Each month the Commission will determine which method is best suited for commemorating the various dates of significance. Attachments: Dates of Commemoration 6 Establish an ad hoc committee of no more than three members to research and explore potential updates and changes to the Human Relations Commission standing rules. This will result in recommendations for changes, brought to the full Commission no later than September 2021.
